The name of the lord of the castle is unknown. As a Sengoku mountain fortress, it has an excellent structure.
Locally, it is said that it may have been the castle of Okumura Matahachiro Motohiro, the lord of Omori Castle. The structure is similar to that of Omori Castle. It is unknown whether or not it was built in order to be an annex for Omori Castle, or in order to attack Omori Castle.
